Shibu Mathai is an accomplished Technology Leader with over 26 years of IT experience specializing in digital transformation and fraud prevention. Throughout his career across the telecom, financial services, and automotive sectors, he has built a strong reputation for architecting operations that eliminate systemic risk—including leading a major fraud management deployment that intercepted over $15 million in fraudulent activity within its first 90 days. As an expert in Agile operations and a certified PMP and PMI-ACP, Shibu oversees the technical delivery and operational scale of VerifiedID and the TruCheck™ platform. By streamlining verification processes, he bridges technical innovation with risk management to eliminate identity and compliance fraud on the frontend of the hiring pipeline.
